New Build
2026
A lakefront cottage property in Tatamagouche being redeveloped for year round living. The project pairs a new garage with living space above alongside a full replacement of the original cottage. Design work is currently underway.
New Build- Interiors
2026
A seasonal cottage in Kings County is being reimagined around a vaulted great room built for gathering. Custom millwork and thoughtful floor plan work throughout the cottage maximize sleeping capacity and storage, all while keeping the warmth and ease of a proper cottage.
Addition
2026
A thoughtful addition to an existing cottage, designed to extend the way the home is lived in. A covered porch creates a place to be outside even in the rain, connected to the original structure by a breezeway that keeps both volumes distinct while making movement between them feel natural.
Addition
2026
A two-storey addition designed around long-term comfort and accessibility — a two-car garage, wheelchair-accessible ensuite, two-storey library, and passenger elevator, all carefully woven into the existing home so the whole feels continuous and considered rather than added onto.
Addition
2026
A new addition to a cabin in Wentworth, adding a mudroom, screened porch, and deck to make the most of every season. The mudroom gives the family a proper place to store skis and outdoor gear, while the screened porch and deck extend the living space outside without the bugs or the weather getting in the way.
New Build
2026
A new residential duplex in East Preston is being designed from the outset to accommodate future expansion into a four unit development, so the second phase feels like it was always meant to be there. The design keeps things modest and practical, with layouts built to function well as long term rentals.
New Build
2026
A new three bedroom cottage on the Cabot Trail, on a site the owner has known since childhood. The layout is organized around wide ocean views to the front and mountain views to the back, with wind exposure shaping the design throughout.
Commercial Work.
Renovation
2026
An adaptive reuse of an existing building shell, reorganized to support the way the business works, trade workshop on the lower level, flexible office and meeting space above. The renovation is designed to feel settled and purposeful, making room for both practical operations and the people behind them.
New Construction
2026
A new commercial building for a local business, combining warehouse and office space. The design is planned to expand in phases as the site evolves, keeping the building simple, functional, and built to last.
