Abbey Myra
Licensed Architect & Founder
Abbey is a Nova Scotia-born architect with over a decade of experience designing across the province. Before earning her Master of Architecture from Dalhousie University, she studied nursing and worked in long-term care, a background that continues to shape her people-centered approach to design.
Her work spans custom homes, multi-unit residential buildings, interior renovations, adaptive reuse, and commercial spaces. After several years leading projects as an Associate at Fathom Studio, she founded Cove Studio to focus on smaller, more personal work.
Abbey works closely with clients to create spaces that feel calm, functional, and entirely their own. There’s no set style, each project responds to its site, its context, and the people it’s designed for.
Studio Leadership.

The projects below represent a selection of Abbey’s work, completed while at Fathom Studio in collaboration with Chris Crawford, who served as Architect of Record. Single-family residential projects aren’t shown out of respect for client privacy.
